It's a big day here at McGovern & Co... It's our one year acquisition anniversary!
McGovern has existed as a family run business with a history of success spanning more than 72 years. But, it is 12 months ago today, that Richard Turner, Rob Ashall and Andrew Pickersgill acquired the business through Alpaca and in that time McGovern & Co has had a year full of unstoppable growth, regeneration and unwavering demand.
It's not always been smooth sailing, of course, the tumultuousness of the brick industry in the UK over recent times has certainly accounted for that. However, as a team, we are more determined than ever to support our customers in becoming the best brick merchant of the North East.
Thank you to everyone who has helped us, and continues to do so, in getting there! We’ve got some very exciting plans ahead that we just cannot wait to share with you. Here's to many more years of McGovern & Co success.
